It is high time that concerned authorities, particulars, the RBI, BCSBI, IBA and   concerned Banks have to take note of the contents and make suitable   amendements to their present working and show their efficiency in their working.

We are happy that our efforts in bring to the notice of the conerned authorities   is achieved through this judgement. It is not against only ICICI Bank but against   the Banking system in India.

The entire decision goes to show that the Regulatory bodies have failed in their   duties and allowed the present state of affairs to continue. If these authorities do   not take suitable steps at least now, it may lead to civil war in the society.
