       The finance company can auction your property under securitization   Act by   giving only notice without any court order for even default of 3   installments. The   dream of becoming a owner of house makes you   homeless.

  VEHICLE LOANS:

ALL THE MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO OBSERVE 12.11.2008 AS "PROTEST DAY" AGAINST RBI'S INACTION IN SPITE OF HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA DIRECTIONS AND HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS .  ARRANGE PROTEST DEMONSTRATIONS BEFORE RBI OR AT PROMINENT PLACE AND SUBMIT MEMORANDUM TO THE HON'BLE FINANCE MINISTER, GOVERNOR OF RBI.
